Delivery of Headshots & Turnaround Time

For most of our in-studio headshot sessions, clients are able to choose their favorite photographs immediately after the photography session. With headshot sessions that take place on-location, the timing will vary depending on a number of things such as the time available for the client, the number of people being photographed, or the technical needs to review the photos. If you need a more specific estimation of turnaround time for an on-location headshot session, we encourage you to contact us directly for the most accurate details.

Delivery of photographs is generally via an online gallery that we will host. Unless otherwise requested, we will create a gallery specifically for each client and their photographs will be uploaded into the gallery. In some cases, you may use the gallery to choose your favorite photographs for retouching, and the final images will be sent to your gallery once they are retouched. However, most commonly our retouching and selection of photographs from a headshot session are finalized by the time we are ready to prepare the gallery for you.

The photographs in a client gallery will be available for download to your device and you will also have an option to purchase printed products directly through your gallery, if desired.
